ZipOnOver Marketing Strategies Overview

Today we convert this section from a blog to marketing information. Stay tuned! We will provide some great information and ways to get your business out there. No the menu on the left does not work yet and the docstoc on the right will be replaced with the video soon.

Our FAQ and Why us section will be completed around April 15th by placing Video's to cover each topic. We can not do this until we are sure of our look and our main page has two more big changes coming, one will remove the left menu to reduce confusion and the second will be a more powerful location navigation system.

We have had a few slow downs over the last month that cost us a few days. We are filtering the data currently to put listings in the correct place and most duplicates have been deleted. What is a filter "UPDATE table SET dir = 'DFI' WHERE dir = 'DFP' AND $bname LIKE '%Subway%'", that will move Subways from general fast food to Delicatessen / Sandwiches. About 1000 of these statements will get the over 10 million businesses in the right place! So at the end of April was our planned combined advertising campaign and we see no reason not to meet that schedule.

We are also looking for businesses interested in providing support for businesses to pimp there ZipOnOver page, such as design (images, artwork, ), copywriting (content to help conversion), marketing (SEO, SEM, press releases and other areas of advertising). We will place your business and offer of support to help businesses make their ZipOnOver Page stand out.

The ZipOnOver Page is a service and the layout and content will be improved constantly to provide a consistent, concise, comfortable feel to the potential customers. There is great power built into the roots of the ZipOnOver Page that allows it to disconnect from a single location and actually handle a business with thousands of store fronts. That feature is disabled at the moment but by late summer should be active. Imaging a place where both Walmart and Target can place specials, sales, events, help wanted and much more!
