Job Description:
1. Payroll or Consulting fees are much higher
2. You need to supervise your technical staff
3. If project falls behind, you need to add more staff
4. When project is complete, you still need to payroll your F/T
5. At end of project you need to let go of your P/T, they may not be available, later on when you need them urgently.
6. There are many 'bad' programmers out there. They will pass all your tests, but fail your business. May take you 1/2 year or longer to realize.
